Raise Private Capital provides services as a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR no. 1320689) of Rhodes Asset Management Ltd (AFSL 464772). We provide access to investment opportunities issued or managed by third parties and do not issue or manage financial products. Any investment is made directly with the relevant product issuer.

We review this Privacy Policy periodically and may update it from time to time. By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

The provision of your Personal Information and data to Raise Private Capital is voluntary and you can opt out at any time. However, if you choose not to provide your Personal Information we may not be able to forward the material that you are requesting, provide you our services or respond to your request, application, proposal or query efficiently.

This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which we collect, hold and use information that is covered by Privacy Law. It is not intended to cover categories of information that are not covered by Privacy Law.

In order to provide you with our services and information about investment opportunities, we rely on the collection of personal information that is submitted by you, or with your authority. We may also collect and use personal information to assess whether you meet the criteria to be treated as a wholesale client under applicable law before providing access to detailed investment information.

  • or if the information being requested is part of an existing or anticipated legal proceeding between you and Raise Private Capital.

7. What are the exceptions to this policy?

The circumstances in which we will use and disclose information other than stated above, include:  

  • unauthorised attempts to access files which are not publicly available;

  • unauthorised tampering or interference with files on this website;

  • unauthorised attempts to index the contents of this website;

  • attempts to intercept messages of other users of the listed websites;

  • communications which are defamatory, abusive, vilify individuals or groups or which give rise to a suspicion that an offence is being committed;

  • and attempts to otherwise compromise the security of the web server, breach the laws of the State of New South Wales or Commonwealth of Australia, or interfere with the use of the listed websites by other users.

We reserve the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities where the use of this website raises a suspicion that an offence is being, or has been, committed. In the event of an investigation, we will provide access to data to any law enforcement agency that may exercise a warrant to inspect our logs.

Raise Private Capital may initiate proceedings in relation to any loss or damage suffered because of unauthorised use of information or any of the above circumstances.

Raise Private Capital takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Personal Information it collects is accurate, complete and up to date. We take all reasonable steps to ensure it is and is captured and held securely and compliantly.
